BUSINESS ETHICS | AI ETHICS

Résumé

I’m a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Notre Dame – Technology Ethics Center (ND-TEC), and a lecturer at the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame, where I teach the Ethics of Data Analytics.

My research is about AI decision-making with a focus on the ethical perspectives of firms. In general, my research is at the intersection of AI Ethics and Business Ethics.

My current work in progress includes articles under review and conference presentations about AI and management decision-making. I study how AI impacts several stakeholders, creating distance between those using AI and those being impacted by the technology. One of my main projects entails the proposition of the ethics of care to analyze the ethical implications of AI decision-making.

Previously I worked as a lecturer at ICADE in the Management Department and as a research assistant at IESE Business School. I hold a Ph.D. from ICADE with an international mention completed under a co-advisory regime with the Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame. My Doctoral Program Business and Regional Competitiveness, Innovation, and Sustainability is a joint program of Comillas Pontifical University, Deusto University, and University Ramon Llull.

I hold a Master ́s Degree in Organizational Governance & Organizational Culture from the University of Navarra, a B.A. in Philosophy, and a B.A. in Communication from the same university. I won the Society for Business Ethics Founders Award in 2020 and 2022.
